Dinner:
Carrots
An Apple
Cheese Stick
Snacks:
More Candy....I know
Popcorn....Again!
One day I will have nothing under snacks! One day!
Exercise:
Ran 3 miles (35:00)
Arms to the Max (30:00)
No Abs work today! Rats.
