Now Amber....you better not be lacking here young lady. I want to see yesterdays and today's also! You are not giving up or not doing just because of Halloween! haha

Ok...Need Help with Addiction!!!

Hello!!! What a day it has been!! Here is my update for today!

FOOD:
Breakfast/Lunch:
Oatmeal
Cereal
Hot Chocolate
Dinner:
Fried Eggs
Snacks:
Dried Cranberries
Half of banana!!haha
2 Apples
Popcorn with butter!! NEED HELP IN THIS CATEGORY!! I'M ADDICTED TO POPCORN!! HELP!!!

Exercise:
~ Ran/sprints/speed walked - 2 miles
~ Legs to the Max
~ Abs to the Max









Perpetual motion machine, everyone wants to be one.

Before I have to leave for school obligations, I'll write down what I did today, health-wise. Again, I didn't do a whole lot. I know. I'm a bad person. =( People just kept on giving me candy! And I couldn't refuse. Here's what I've eaten so far... If I eat anymore, I'll make sure to write it down later!

FOOD: (breakfast)- 1 cup of cheerios
- 1/2 cup rasberries

(lunch)- Greeeeeek salad! My favorite!
-3 flatbread crackers

(snacks)- I had like 6 candies... (AHH!)
- Praeventia digestive health cookies! (mmm!)
(dinner)- Popcorn chicken
-corn on the cob
-left over greek salad (Yessssss!)

EXERCISE: I will be dancing the whole night away! Actually! I'm going to my school's Halloween dance... so i'll make sure to be running around like a maniac. Dancing up a storm... Whoop! Whoop! Uh! Uh! Whoop! Whoop!

ANNDDDD, I gotta write down the goals for this week! Tomorrow, okay? I gotta get on the road to being a perpetual motion machine! Modest Mouse, yo!

Did Rae Conquer Todays World?

Well, here it goes! After reading my other partner in crime, I decided that we are just at the beginning of this long journey. Will we do it? Yes we WILL!!! Give me a W. Give me an I. Give me a L. and then maybe just throw in another L. WE WILL DO THIS!!!!

FOOD: I'm making it short and simple! Bullets all the way!
~ Oatmeal
~ Wheat Thins
~ Peanuts
~ 2 Bowls of Cereal
~ Slice of Barbecue Pizza
~ Stick of Celery
~ 2 Apples
~ Smoothie
~ Popcorn with butter! I know....but I just can't help myself!
Wow when you put it like that, it looks like I didn't eat much today!
EXERCISE:
~ Biked - 4 miles
~ Did Arms..weights
~ Elliptical - 1 mile
~ Ran - Half a mile
Hopefully, tomorrow is a better day for both of us!! WE CAN DO IT!!!

Motivation! Motivation! Motivation! Can I get some?

Today was the first day in a series of days of being healthy! Can I get a 'Heck Yeah!', can I get an 'Amen!'. Rachel and Amber will be so buff and looking great by the end of this, that people will wonder what happened! Setting goals, with exercising and eating is where it's at, yo!

FOOD: I have to be honest, today wasn't my best day... I ate a whole shwack of cookies. I'm sorry, I'll do better though! On the other hand, I ate about a cup of blueberries and a cup Smart Choice popcorn! For dinner, I had brie cheese ravioli with pesto sauce (still not the best choice, but oh well!), and broccoli salad. That's it.

EXERCISE: What did I do today for exercise? I ran around Wal-Mart looking for a fake daisy. Literally, I ran through the aisles.

Okay, so I'm concluding that I have to do better. I HAVE too. Hopefully my comarade Rae, did much better than I today.
