Today was the first day in a series of days of being healthy! Can I get a 'Heck Yeah!', can I get an 'Amen!'. Rachel and Amber will be so buff and looking great by the end of this, that people will wonder what happened! Setting goals, with exercising and eating is where it's at, yo!
FOOD: I have to be honest, today wasn't my best day... I ate a whole shwack of cookies. I'm sorry, I'll do better though! On the other hand, I ate about a cup of blueberries and a cup Smart Choice popcorn! For dinner, I had brie cheese ravioli with pesto sauce (still not the best choice, but oh well!), and broccoli salad. That's it.
EXERCISE: What did I do today for exercise? I ran around Wal-Mart looking for a fake daisy. Literally, I ran through the aisles.
Okay, so I'm concluding that I have to do better. I HAVE too. Hopefully my comarade Rae, did much better than I today.
