WORK OUT SCHEDULE
Monday - Saturday (Everyday)
1 hr. 30 min. - Cardio
Mon. Wed. Friday.
20 min. - Arms
20 min. - Abs
Thur. Sat.
20 min.- Legs
20 min. - Abs
Also eat HEALTHY!! Lots of colors...fruits and vegetables! You are allowed to eat one small sweet thing! GOOD LUCK!! haha
