FOOD: I'm making it short and simple! Bullets all the way!
~ Oatmeal
~ Wheat Thins
~ Peanuts
~ 2 Bowls of Cereal
~ Slice of Barbecue Pizza
~ Stick of Celery
~ 2 Apples
~ Smoothie
~ Popcorn with butter! I know....but I just can't help myself!
Wow when you put it like that, it looks like I didn't eat much today!
EXERCISE:
~ Biked - 4 miles
~ Did Arms..weights
~ Elliptical - 1 mile
~ Ran - Half a mile
Hopefully, tomorrow is a better day for both of us!! WE CAN DO IT!!!
